Meet Molly

Therapy is a process of meeting yourself again and again.  I'm passionate about supporting children and adolescents through this process of discovery and growth. I believe deeply in every young person’s unique voice and story, and I strive to create a therapeutic environment where they feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as they are. I am dedicated to helping young people identify and work toward their personal goals in ways that feel meaningful and attainable.

I view therapy with young people as a collaborative effort. As much as I learn from the children and families I work with, I also hope to equip them with knowledge and skills so they can create the supportive family environments they envision. I believe that meaningful connection, encouragement, and validation are essential. It is human and expected to sometimes feel stuck and have challenges throughout life. As a counselor, I am committed to offering a space where young people can explore who they are and feel empowered to be fully themselves.
