Couples Therapy

Therapy with couples is a collaborative process where we work with you and your partner to identify goals for your relationship – whether that is to strengthen your existing relationship or to make a decision about the future of your relationship. Using an integrative therapeutic model, we help you and your partner to identify your unique needs in your life and in your relationship and to take concrete steps to develop the skills that will help you to both find satisfaction in your relationship.

Couples therapy can be scheduled for either 1 hour or 90 minute sessions.
